Club Administrator - Club Assessment Compliance Rules Follow
As a Club administrator for your club, this guide will show the list of club compliance rules that need to be passed to complete the risk assessment for your club on Safe Hands Management System.
Please find the list of Compliance Rules below:
Age Group Manager:
- You must have at least one Age Group Manager per Junior Team.
All Stars Activator:
- You must have at least one All Stars Activator appointed if you run the All Stars programme.
Club Chair:
- You must have a Club Chair appointed.
Club Officials:
- Please be aware that you have only submitted -- unique Club officials. Please review your submission and update your Club officials accordingly if you have more to submit.
Club Safeguarding Officer:
- You must have at least one Club Safeguarding Officer appointed.
Coach:
- You must have at least one Coach for every 24 junior participants.
Must enter Adult Teams:
- Please be aware that you have not submitted any Adult Teams
Must have at least one Coach:
- You must have at least one Coach appointed
Open Age Captain:
- You must have as many Open Age Captains as you do senior teams.
When logging into your club as administrator you will be presented with some messages regarding your clubs’ compliance – as shown below:
BLUE status – this gives you the OVERALL status for your Club regarding full compliance to Safe Hands:
In progress - outstanding actions are required to meet compliance
Complete - Club information is complete, and all officials meet requirements
RED warning status – MUST rules that your club need to have in place to meet compliance.
