Club Administrator - Editing an Official - Name Change

As a Club administrator for your club, this guide will show the step by step process on how to edit an official's details on Safe Hands Management System.

Role Accepted

If the official has already accepted the role invite, only the official can amend their details.

1. The official will need to log in to Safe Hand Management System
2. When logged in they need to select 'My Profile':
   
   
3. When the profile details load, the name can then be amended to their Legal name.

Role Pending

A club official's details on SHMS can be edited, only when the role is still in the 'Pending' status.

1. To edit the official detail's for your club, first go to the 'Club Officials' tab which is found within the Club Admin section.
   
2. Find the official which need their details editing, click on the action menu and the select 'Edit Official'.
   
3. Selecting 'Edit Official' will open up the 'Edit club official' screen, allowing the 'Legal First Name' 'Legal Surname' to be amended.
   
4. Please ensure the Full Legal Name is entered along with the email address that matches the official's DBS (if applicable). When this has been completed, select 'Save Changes'.
   
5. The newly edited official can now be seen on the 'Club Officials' tab in the Club Admin section.
