Club Administrator - Editing an Official - Email Change Follow
As a Club administrator for your club, this guide will show the step by step process on how to edit an official's details on Safe Hands Management System.
Role Accepted
If the official has already accepted the role invite, the official will need to contact the helpdesk to request their email to be changed. They will be required to complete security checks and once this has been completed the email can be changed on their record.
Role Pending
A club official's details on SHMS can be edited, only when the role is still in the 'Pending' status, the email address however cannot be amended once a role invitation has been sent. The invalid email invitation will need to be expired and then a new club invitation will need to be sent to the official.
