Club Administrator - Expired Invitations

As a Club administrator for your club, this guide will show the step by step process on how to expire an official's invite on Safe Hands Management System.

When a role hasn’t been accepted following chase-up emails after 7 and 21 days, there is a programme to expire them. This is done as it helps to manage a Club’s overall compliance in a timely fashion. The invite will expire after 45 days.

1. To expire the official's invitation for your club, first go to the 'Club Officials' tab which is found within the Club Admin section.
   
2. Find the official which need their invite expiring, click on the action menu and the select 'Expire Invitation'. This option is only available when the invite is in 'Pending' status.
   
3. When selecting 'Expire Invitation' a pop up will appear asking if you want to expire the invite, to confirm select 'Expire'.
   
4. This will now remove the official from the 'Club Officials' tab in the Club Admin section and the club.
