Club Administrator - Adding/Editing a Venue Follow
As a Club administrator responsible for managing your club, this comprehensive guide will walk you through the detailed, step-by-step process of adding a new venue for your club within the Safe Hands Management System. Following these instructions will ensure that your club's venues are properly recorded and managed.
Important Notice: Once a venue has been added to the system, it cannot be removed. Please make sure all information is accurate before finalising the addition.
- To begin adding a venue for your club, navigate to the 'Venues & Insurance' tab, which you can find within the Club Admin section of the Safe Hands Management System. This tab is specifically designed for managing venue and insurance details related to your club.
- Once the 'Venues & Insurance' section has fully loaded, look for and click on the 'New Venue' button. This action initiates the process of adding a new venue to your club's profile.
- Clicking the 'New Venue' button will open a new screen dedicated to entering the venue's details. Here, you will be able to input all necessary information about the venue. Please note that fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory and must be completed before you can proceed.
- If this venue is intended to be the club's main location, you have the option to designate it as the primary venue by selecting the checkbox labeled 'Primary Venue Address'. This helps in identifying the main venue among potentially multiple venues associated with your club.
- After carefully entering all the required information and verifying its accuracy, finalise the addition of the venue by clicking the 'Submit' button. This action will save the new venue to your club's profile within the system.
- Once submitted, the newly added venue will appear in the list of venues associated with your club. If your club has more than one venue, the system will clearly indicate which venue has been set as the primary venue by displaying the 'Primary Venue Address' label next to it.
- In the event that you need to make changes to an existing venue linked to your club, you can do so by selecting the action button next to the venue and choosing the 'Edit' option. After selecting edit, follow the same steps outlined beginning at Step 3 to update the venue information accordingly.
