How can I amend my profile Name?
If you wish to amend your name on your SHMS profile, you will need to log in to the Safe Hands Portal. Once you are on your portal dashboard, please click on the 'My Profile' link.
This will then load your profile's details to be amended.
When the details have been amended, click on the 'Confirm' button. Please allow 48 hours for your changes to show on the your club's portal.
How can I amend my profile Address?

If you need to amend your date of birth on your SHMS profile, you will need to log in to the Safe Hands Portal. Once you are on your portal dashboard, please click on the 'My Profile' link.
This will then load your profile's details to be amended.

How can I amend my Email address on my profile?
If you need to amend the email address on your SHMS profile, you will need to log in to the Safe Hands Portal. Once you are on your portal dashboard, please click on the 'Login Details' link.
This will then load your profile's details to be amended.
Once you have amended the email address, click on the 'Save Changes' button. The new email address will need to be validated before the change can be confirmed.
How can I amend my Password?
If you need to amend the address on your SHMS profile, you will need to log in to the Safe Hands Portal. Once you are on your portal dashboard, please click on the 'Login Details' link.
This will then load your profile's details to be amended. To change your password click on the 'Password Reset' button.
This will then give you the option to change your password. Once this has been done, click on the 'Change Password' button.
I am no longer interested in continuing my role, what do I do?
If you no longer wish to continue in your role with your club, please contact your club administrator for SHMS. The club administrator can retire you from your role.
