How can I amend my profile Name?

If you wish to amend your name on your SHMS profile, you will need to log in to the Safe Hands Portal. Once you are on your portal dashboard, please click on the 'My Profile' link.

This will then load your profile's details to be amended.  mceclip1.png

When the details have been amended, click on the 'Confirm' button. Please allow 48 hours for your changes to show on the your club's portal.

How can I amend my profile Address?

If you need to amend the address on your SHMS profile, you will need to log in to the Safe Hands Portal. Once you are on your portal dashboard, please click on the 'My Profile' link.

If you need to amend your date of birth on your SHMS profile, you will need to log in to the Safe Hands Portal. Once you are on your portal dashboard, please click on the 'My Profile' link.

How can I amend my Email address on my profile?

If you need to amend the email address on your SHMS profile, you will need to contact the Safe Hands Helpdesk safehands@ecb.co.uk.

 

I am no longer interested in continuing my role, what do I do?

If you no longer wish to continue in your role with your club, please contact your club administrator for SHMS. The club administrator can retire you from your role.

 

Why is my DBS not showing on SHMS?

Your ECB DBS information may not be matching with your SHMS profile for a number of reasons, please click here to see how you can resolve.
