The below verification message will appear when the email already exists on Safe Hands, however the name entered doesn't match the existing record linked to the email address entered.

We advise for all officials to be added to Safe Hands with their legal first and surname to ensure that this can link the ECB DBS information across (there is no need to add a middle name to the first name field).

If you try to send an invite and you get a verification error message, this is usually because there is already a record linked to the email you have entered, this may be under a shortened name or linked to a different official.

If you ever get this message please contact us with the name and email used and we can investigate.
