Devices / operating systems / browsers compatible with Safe Hands

The Safe Hands Management System is run from Microsoft Dynamics 365.

As with many systems it may not be compatible for all functionality via all existing Devices / Operating Systems / Browsers that some users may have access to.

In these cases the user may experience one or more of the following scenarios:

• Liquid Error message
• Missing buttons / functions
• In ability to enter information in certain fields - such as team numbers

Below are the compatibility guidelines for Safe Hands:

Desktop / Laptops:

The web application can run in any of the following web browsers running on the specified operating systems:

• Mozilla Firefox (latest publicly-released version) running on Windows 10, Windows 8.1, Windows 8, or Windows 7

• Google Chrome

  • Google Chrome (latest publicly-released version) running on Windows 10, Windows 8.1, Windows 8, Windows 7, or Google Nexus tablet
  • Google Chrome (latest publicly-released version) running on the two latest publicly-release Mac OS versions

• Apple Safari (latest publicly-released version) running on the two latest publicly-release Mac OS versions, or Apple iPad

 The following table describes the Windows and Internet Explorer or Microsoft Edge versions supported for use with model-driven apps.
