DBS showing as not valid?
- Is your profile correct? It is important that your Safe Hands profile matches the information held on your DBS, therefore please check your profile and update if it is not your Full Legal Name / correct Date of Birth.
- Waited 48 hours? It can take our system up to 48 hours to match your profile against our DBS database. If you have accepted your role within this time frame, please check back in a couple of days to view your updated status.
Have a valid DBS but still not appearing after 48 hours or want to renew your DBS via the Update Service? – click here to contact Customer Support.
Need to make a new application? – please speak to your Club's DBS ID Verifier, Club Safeguarding Officer or Safe Hands Club Admin and they will be able to initiate the application for you.
