DBS renewal - renewal attempt has returned result of "no match found" Follow

In the event that you have received communication from the ECB Disclosures Portal (dbs@ecb.disclosures.co.uk) and/or the ECB DBS Team (dbs@ecb.co.uk) indicating that the outcome of your recent recheck has not produced resulted in "no match found," this signifies that you have either cancelled or not renewed your subscription with the DBS Update Service or have removed your certificate from the subscription, and consequently, we have been unable to renew ECB DBS clearance.

The clearance will have lapsed as of the renewal attempt date and a new application will be required to clear you for Regulated Activity in cricket.

To initiate a new application, please contact ECB DBS Team directly via our Help Centre Contact Form confirming the following details or liaise with your Club Safeguarding Officer who can initiate a new application for you:
