The legal basis for the collection and processing of your personal data is:
- administration: that it is necessary to fulfil the contract that you or your Club / other cricket organisationare going to enter into or have entered into with us or which you are entering into with another cricket organisation; and/or that we have your consent; and/or that it is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
- diversity and inclusion monitoring: that it is necessary for us to comply with the law or that it is necessary for the purposes of quality of opportunity.
- statistical analysis and benchmarking: that it is in our legitimate interests and those of other cricket organisations to analyse and assess statistics to understand and improve standards in cricket or that it is necessary for scientific or historical research or statistical purposes.
- safeguarding: that it is necessary to protect an individual from neglect or physical, mental or emotional harm or to protect their physical, mental or emotional well-being.
- direct marketing: that we have your consent

Your right to withdraw consent

Where you have given your consent to any processing of personal data you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time. If you do, it will not affect the lawfulness of any processing for which we had consent prior to your withdrawing it.

Location of your personal data

We will normally keep your personal data within the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area. However, we may transfer relevant personal data to our service providers in the US or India for issue tracking, helpdesk support and system development.
In each case, we will ensure that the appropriate safeguards are in place to ensure adequate protection of your personal data, which will usually be Standard Contractual Clauses as approved for use by the United Kingdom.

How long we will keep your personal data

We will normally keep your personal data for 2 years after our last engagement with you. In the case of personal data relating to safeguarding matters, we may keep the personal data for up to 10 years but may keep it for longer if we believe there remains a safeguarding risk.
