Not Receiving an Email Invitation Follow
If you're expecting an email invitation but haven't received it, please follow these steps to troubleshoot:
1. Check the Email Address Used
- Make sure the club administrator has entered your correct email address when sending the invitation.
- Even a small typo (like a missing letter or incorrect domain) can prevent the email from arriving.
- If you're unsure, contact your club administrator to confirm the exact email address they used.
2. Check Your Junk or Spam Folder
- Sometimes legitimate emails can be mistakenly filtered into your junk, spam, or clutter folders.
- Search for keywords related to the club or sender name to help locate the email.
- If you find it there, mark it as “Not Junk” to ensure future emails arrive in your inbox.
3. Refresh and Wait a Few Minutes
- Occasionally, email delivery can be delayed. Try refreshing your inbox and waiting a few minutes.
4. Still Not Received?
- If you've confirmed the email address is correct and checked your junk folder but still haven’t received the email, ask your club administrator to resend the invitation.
