My Qualifications Are Not Showing on SHMS?

With regard to qualifications displayed on the Safe Hands Portal, it is important to note that the only qualification visible on Safe Hands is the face-to-face Safe Hands Workshop. This is because it is a mandatory requirement set by the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) for someone to be recognised as a compliant Club Safeguarding Officer. 

At present, the Safe Hands Portal does not have the capability to display other types of qualifications such as Safeguarding Level 2 (SGL2), First Aid certifications, or Coaching qualifications. 
 
Furthermore, the Safe Hands Portal is designed to only display qualifications related to the club’s designated Club Safeguarding Officer (CSO). If you are seeking information about the qualifications held by other officials within your club, these officials will be able to log in to their E-Learning account to check their qualifications.
