I’ve lost my application reference number – what can I do? Follow

If you lose the email containing your application reference number you would need to log back into the DBS system at https://ecb.disclosures.co.uk/ to find the reference number.

Login with your unique Username (issued in the invite email) and password, you will then find a link to generate a PDF letter that contains the same information as the email. You can then save this to your device or print it off for your records.
