(For ID Verifiers) - Atlantic Data - Find an Applicant

If you perform a general applicant search in the system, or search through your incomplete applications report, only applications initiated for your club (or County if you have County-wide access) will appear in the search results.

If you need to verify someone from another Club or County, you can do so by going to 'DBS Applications' - 'Manage ID verification' and searching the applicant using their name and application reference number. The applicant will need to provide you with this and they will have received an email containing the application reference number following submitting their application prior to confirming ID verification.

From here you will be able to carry out the ID verification. For information, you can locate a video tutorial within the ECB Disclosures Portal on completing ID verification, should you require, by following the instructions here.
