My account has gone into Lockdown (verifiers only) Follow

If an account is in Lockdown, this means it has not been used in 6 months.

To get the Lockdown lifted please contact either your Primary verifier or the ECB DBS team here.

Once the account Lockdown has been lifted you will be able to login as normal.
