Accessing video tutorials

When logged into the DBS portal, click on your name in the top right corner of the screen. Then, from the dropdown, select ‘video tutorials’. 

This will then take you to a screen with four short, easy-to-follow video tutorials:

1. How to initiate an application
2. How to complete an ID verification
3. How to nominate a new user (for Primary and Secondary users only)
4. How to authorise a new user (for Primary and Secondary users only)
