Editing of the applicants Title, Gender, Name, Date of Birth & email address; prior to the application submission Follow

Before an application has been submitted for verification, you may edit some of the application details if they have previously been entered incorrectly or any additional information is required.

 

It is very important to get these details correct. If the applicant name, date of birth or gender is wrong, the application will be invalid. If the email address has been entered incorrectly the applicant will not have even received the invite. A verifier should therefore check these details carefully.

 

Follow the steps below to edit an application:

1. Search for the application using 'Applicant Search' then on the search result underneath click on the applicant's hyperlinked name.

2. A pop up box will show you some available actions. Click on 'Edit Details'.

3. You may edit the applicant's title, gender, name, date of birth and email address. When you are done, click 'Update'.

You have now successfully amended the application. The applicant can now complete the application.
