DBS Application - declaring the correct 5 year address history Follow
As part of the Standard DBS application process, a full 5 year address history is required to be declared to enable ECB and the Disclosure and Barring Service to complete full and thorough checks on the applicant.
Any address resided at for a period of three months or more, both in the UK and abroad, qualifies as a permanent address and are required to be declared.
This would include addresses resided at whilst studying at University, between house moves, properties working "away from home", properties whilst away travelling and addresses resided at as a member of HM Armed Forces.
