For ID Verifiers - Pending User Activation Follow
When an approved ID Verifier has not activated their ID Verifier account, their user status will show as 'Pending User Activation'. In this instance, you the activation email can be resent if necessary.
1. Search the user in the system using 'Manage System Users' under the 'Administration' tab.
2. Next click on the green 'Available Actions' button and choose 'Resend Activation Email'.
3. Finally, check the recipient's email address is correct and click 'proceed'.
