Viewing "Overdue Applications" and manually sending reminders Follow

A user with Club Welfare Officer status can check for any overdue applications for their club members and send out reminders to the applicant to get them completed.

In order to do this, follow the steps below:

1. Log in to the system and click on the 'DBS Applications' tab in the main menu, then 'Incomplete Applications Management' from the drop down.

2. Next, check the results and decide who you would like to send out a reminder to. Tick the box to the left which corresponds to that person, and then click the green tools button on the right, then you can click to send a reminder to the applicant. You may also cancel the application if that is what you need to do.
